I asked if they could check my solar panels and I took a special time off at work in order to get there just to be informed that they cannot do anything (without checking a single thing!). They said it must be a controller, then that it must be the panels, but they do not replace the flexible ones. But the most important thing is that they only (!) looked at it for 2 minutes. A total waste of my time. They might have told me by the phone or via e-mail (which they answered a few days after I had come there). Another company checked the controller by installing their own for a week and verifying the results.

A fantastic camper trip! Thanks to the Camper Laika that we rented in Madrid, with which my girlfriend and I toured Castile la Mancha, all of Andalusia, Extremadura, Castile and León, thanks also to the professionalism and attention of Victor and the his team at Caravan Rent Group – from the first contact we had online, then during our itinerary with the vehicle, until the end of the trip – the holiday experience in Spain was wonderful and unforgettable. It was my first time renting and driving a camper, but the assistance from the Caravan Rent Group team made everything extremely easy. During our trip we were also able to count on fundamental conveniences, such as the notable availability of equipped areas for campers present everywhere (many free), and, above all, the long life of the 220 volt lithium battery mounted on the camper which, combined with the solar panels of the vehicle, allowed us not to have to recharge electricity with the cable for many days. Perfect camper, spacious and easy to drive. We will not hesitate to contact Caravan Rent Group again for our next trip to Spain.

Wonderful experience. Very fast and efficient attention and management by Magaly. We rented a Camper and it met our expectations. Everything worked correctly. Thanks also to Alín who made it very clear to us how everything worked. Thanks also to Javier for his help with the extension of the additional insurance to travel 100% covered in the event of any incident that could have occurred to us. All of them are good professionals. We will repeat but this time with a motorhome. We will see us again!!!!

After having rented with them I can only speak well of Victor with good treatment both at the time of requesting information and until the last moment of the return. The guy who delivers the motorhome explains everything to you so that you have no doubts when using it. I will certainly repeat.

Excellent driving experience, the caravan has very good electric, gas, and water autonomy, a detail to consider, the bed in that model should have mattresses where the wooden joints in the center do not sit, making sleeping uncomfortable, The slats limit the side beds and it is no longer double, otherwise everything is fine. I add that the service provided by the Comercial Caravaning staff is 1st level.
